Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Work With Khan handles information from this website, client work, and the Google Search Console connection used by its AI agents.
Website visits
The site is hosted through Cloudflare. Like other web hosts, Cloudflare processes the technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Work With Khan also runs a self-hosted Plausible Analytics service. It measures page visits and clicks on booking links so Khan can see whether the site is useful. That information is not used for targeted advertising.
Email and bookings
If you email Work With Khan or book a call, Khan receives the contact details, message, and appointment information you provide. He uses them to reply, prepare for the conversation, and manage the business relationship. The booking page and email provider also process that information to deliver their services.
Client project data
Client files and records are used only for that client's work. Work With Khan uses outside services to build and host client tools. Clients should not provide card numbers, health records, Social Security numbers, or other regulated data unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
If a client does not keep a trial project, Khan deletes his working copies within seven days. Copies held by an outside service follow that provider's terms. Client data remains the client's data.
Google Search Console and AI agents
Work With Khan connects an authorized Google account to the Google Search Console API through OAuth. The connection currently requests Google's full Search Console scope, which permits both reading and writing Search Console data.
The integration can access:
- Search Console properties and the account's permission level for each one.
- Search performance data such as queries, pages, dates, devices, countries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position.
- Google's recorded index status for a URL.
- Submitted sitemaps, their status, and their reported metrics.
Khan uses this information to monitor search performance, check indexing, troubleshoot search visibility, prepare reports, and make recommendations for sites he is authorized to manage. When Khan explicitly directs it, an agent can also submit or delete a sitemap and add or remove a Search Console property. The integration cannot verify domain ownership or request that Google index a URL.
A local connector makes the requested Search Console results available to the AI service operating the agent. Those results may appear in the agent's session record or in a report Khan asks it to create. Work With Khan does not sell this data, use it for advertising or surveillance, or use it to develop or train a generalized AI or machine-learning model.
The OAuth client and refresh token are stored on Khan's private server in owner-only files. The connector keeps a temporary access token in memory and does not create a separate Search Console database. Google keeps the underlying Search Console data under Google's own terms.
Sharing and retention
Information is processed by the services needed to run the site and business, including Cloudflare, the self-hosted analytics service, email and scheduling providers, Google, and the AI service operating an authorized agent. Work With Khan does not sell personal or Google user data.
Other than the seven-day rule for an unkept client project above, Work With Khan has not adopted a fixed retention schedule for analytics records, correspondence, booking information, or AI-agent session records. Outside providers keep information according to their own terms.
Your choices
A Google account holder can revoke the Search Console connection through the account's Google security settings. To ask what Work With Khan holds about you, correct it, or request deletion where applicable, email hello@workwithkhan.com.
Changes
This page will be updated if these practices or the Google data the integration accesses change. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
